重点句型Sentence Pattern

(1) I think we've got a conclusion(that)..According to our discussion...

我想我们已得到结论..... /根据我们的讨.....

由于开会或协商时通常会有很广泛的讨论，所以在讨论结束之前，最好要再次确认彼此对结论有所共识。这时便可以利用这两个句型。

I think we've got a conclusion (that) we will use plastic material on this part of product.

我想我们已得出结论，将在产品的这个部分使用塑胶材质

According to our discussion, we'll be working with this company here that provides a better price.

根据我们的讨论，我们将和这家提供较优价格的公司合作。

(2) I'm calling to confirm/make sure/see/find out

我打电话来确认/看看/找出

透过打电话向对方确认事物时可以利用这个句型。通常在报上自己的名字和找到对话一方后，藉由这个句型告知对方自己致电的目的。

I'm calling to confirm the interview tomorrow.我打电话来确认明天的面试。

I'm calling to make sure you've got the documents | sent to you by email.

我打电话来确认你收到我通过电邮寄给你的文件。

I'm calling to see if I need to send more people there to help.

我打电话来看看是否需要派更多人过去帮忙。

I'm calling to find out what went wrong on the production line.

我打电话来是想找出生产线上哪里出了问题。

(3) I'd like to confirm/make sure/find out*..

我想要确认/找....

不论是否在打电话的场合都可以使用这个句型。这里使用了先前介绍的would ike的用法，表明自己想要确认或找出答案的意图。

I’d like to confirm if you've received the gift I sent out this morning.

我想确认你是否收到到我今早寄出的礼物。

I’d like to make sure there're enough handouts for all the people attending the meeting.

我想找出负责这个计划的人

I'd like to find out who is in charge of this project.我想找出负责这个计划的人。

(4) I've finished/confirmed...

我已经完成/确认了

这个句型主要是利用完成时"have + V-pp”来表达已经完成的事项。你也可以将动词换成其他词汇的过去式，以利用这个句型做出更多的变化。

I’ve finished reading all the necessary information for the conference call tomorrow.

我已经读完了明天电话会议所有必要的资料。

I've confirmed the number of people who will attend the party tomorrow.

我已经确认了明天参加聚会的人数。

I've put all the categorized files in the left drawer in case you need them.

我已经把所有归类好的档案放在左边抽屉以便你需要。

I've invited all the important clients to our party next week.

我已经邀请了所有重要的客户来参加我们下周的派对。
